Long Distance

Our company is not only committed to providing safe and reliable transportation for local destinations, but we are also fully equipped and capable to accommodate long distance rides. We prioritize comfort and punctuality in our services, ensuring that you reach your far-off destinations seamlessly.

TYPES OF SERVICE

Saving You Time

AMBULATORY

Ambulatory clients can walk with a cane, walker, or with a helping hand. Clients will be seated in single passenger seat designed for comfort and safety. Light to moderate assistance required.

WHEELCHAIR

Wheelchair clients require or prefer a wheelchair for travel. You will be safely secured in ADA compliant vehicles equipped with wheelchair securement systems and seatbelts. A wheelchair can be provided upon request.

GURNEY

Gurney clients prefer or require the use of a cot stretcher for travel. You will always have the assistance of two professionals at your side, this includes being transferred onto the gurney safely and comfortably. The gurney is always securely fastened in the vehicle during transport.

We strive to provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation to our clients, and we make every effort to accommodate their unique needs and preferences. We are not a healthcare provider, and we do not provide medical services or treatment during transportation.

• It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they are medically stable and fit to travel. We recommend that clients consult with their healthcare provider to determine their medical needs and to obtain any necessary medical clearance prior to using our services.

• It is the responsibility of the client to schedule their appointments with sufficient notice to allow for transportation arrangements to be made. We recommend that clients book their transportation appointments as far in advance as possible, in order to ensure availability and to allow for any necessary modifications or accommodations.

• Swift Valley NEMT requires a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 to be paid at the time of booking. In the event of cancelling the ride, the $50.00 deposit will be applied as a cancellation charge.

• We require full payment for our services by the time of pick up.

• Swift Valley NEMT reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who poses a risk to themselves, other clients, or our staff, or who violates our policies or procedures.

• Our services are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee availability or specific arrival times.

• Swift Valley NEMT is not responsible for any missed appointments or delays resulting from insufficient notice, scheduling conflicts, or factors beyond our control, such as traffic or weather conditions.

• Swift Valley NEMT is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during transportation, except as may be required by law.

• By using our services, clients acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

***Please be aware that any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will not be eligible for a refund. Instead, any payments received for the cancelled service will be applied as a credit towards future bookings with our company.***
